If I am looking to spend £500 of my hard earned money with a company, the least they can do is respond. His emails clearly work as I have had a response from him about postage.

Right, I have just looked at my incoming and sent emails to ruftrax, again I am more than happy to give the benefit of the doubt on this one, but they may have a problem with one of their email accounts. My initial enquiry was to info@roughtrax but their response came from a btconnect email account. Perhaps I'll try and forward my emails to that one before I really go to town on them

Phone them! Maybe there's a problem with your e-mail account, or your ISP, or a myriad of other things.
