All my outgoing emails to them were to info@roughtrax but their reply came from a btconnect account, HOWEVER, when clicking "reply" it has sent it to the info@ acc and not the account where it was sent from. Got it?

Aye, and I'm saying that they're maybe not getting to them as Roughtrax will not ignore a customer inquiry, so the best thing to do is to call them. Got it?
I'm getting a bit of conflicting information about these kits. On the one hand I'm told that it is a straight-forward install with no additional parts or adverse wear and tear to other components. On the other, I'm being told that there is excessive wear to the cv joints.
What's the answer please?
Never had to replace CV's on a 3rd gen after a 2" lift, have had it exagerate previous unnoticed wear in steering components (usually the TRE's or steering rack bushes) but they would have needed doing soon away, so not a big issue.

Thanks for the reassurances Tony. Do you, or anyone else know anywhere other than Rough Trax I can buy a kit from? They have a shortage of the rear shocks and will be unlikely to fulfill my order in the time frame I have.
