      Kinda sorted

Right, engine is all back together and turning over, new piston in but for some reason it turns over on the key but just won't fire up and keep going. Not sure what I've done wrong or if there are some air pipes on wrong but spent most of today on it and still got nowhere. Cracked off injectors and fuel is pumping, plugs got power going to them but all them little pipes at the back of the rocker cover? Lost me. Any chance you could pop to the unit to give your advice Vince fella? Your the man in the know.

Alright Vince, tried ringing you earlier. Thought I'd have one last go at the jeep before calling it quits, and it runs alright up to temp for a bit then after about 20mins of a run around in it, it starts overheating then the temp drops back down then back up n down again. When I got outside the house it was billowing greyish white smoke then I rev'd it full and then smoke went until I took my foot of to let it idle and it started spewing smoke again.

Thats weired, aren't you having the exact same problems with your SURF as well??!!

Well there's no doubt about it then, the head is cracked!
Did you get some of that coolant test stuff to check for combustion gasses?

When are we going to get that 3rd gen? (If it's still available that is)

You wouldn't have a nozzle leakage pipe I could borrow just to test one last thing. I did manage to snap mine after lol

No more leak off pipes here.
The head is cracked fella, no point in trying other things to 'fix' it.

£250 including, Transmission, ECU, All of the ECU plugs, Igniters, AFM, Alternator and A/C pump?
Sounds too good to be true.

Info costs time and money fella, this is my job now remember.

Have a read through all of the Lexurf build threads, all the things you need to do regarding the conversion are there in the photos.

p.s. My phone is in the garage, it's a bank holiday today!

Ps I realise it is a bank holiday but I only came upon this idea after talking to you, also I did say I'd be doing it myself and you suggested you could help me with the electrics side of things. but looks like I got the wrong end of the stick. Won't bother you about it again and i can see I have been a pain.
