Yeah, I've taken one out again and put the old DM flywheel in and it goes away, swapped it back and it does it.
Tried different release bearings and the same.
I think there is more vibration through the input shaft and it just jiggles the release bearing, shafts and ratios around a bit more when it's in neutral.
Everyone I've done does it, and some are 8 years or so old now and working fine.

I would go to suggest other possibility.
Recently I had a problem with my gearbox, I couldn't engage the 5th and the reverse gear which are in the same line.
The point is, I have changed the gear lever seat, and the bush which is at the end of the gear lever, just into the gear box, and now it's working perfectly.
If this pieces are too worn, they could cause this kind of problems, because you can't guide the gear lever properly.
It's a very easy and cheap DIY.

      This are the new pieces:

I bought them in Euro4x4parts 20€ in total

By the way, I've just remembered..
I had a problem long time ago with my clutch.
The point was that the pedal didn't made the complete way because the pedal bracket was broken.
Check this first, you can see the bracket from the inside
