I have found an ECU of my part number for £100 delivered with 30 days warranty if it is the ECU then hopefully I can get my trusty Surf back on the road and escape the Trooper!!

Just been over to see darren, it is the ecu, same symtoms as when mine failed.
Its find another or go to ecu doctor for repair........

Thats ok, shame that you have to pay for the pump being referbished when it was not that at fault...
You can leave a pint behind the bar at the shutters for me.....

Or make sure you attend the gotherington horse show and throw money in the bucket on the gate.....cus thats where i will probly be again this year...
