it locks in the up position so i dont think it matters.

driving home today... in the snow>>

Driving home today in the snow and when nearly home, got a drop in power, then a couple of jerky jumpy movements, then ok. Topped up with diesel... left garage, same thing again. Parked on drive in 'park' position, no revs..? Could this be the same problem with the fuel filter or the fuel pump...?

It's never happened before, worried to take it out now?
