  • FRONT HUB & DISC

I was trying an attempt in replacing my broken wheel stud. I removed the brake caliper then the small nuts at the end of the shaft also the dust cover & small bolt tried a slide hammer to get it of the shaft but its a no go.
    Any ideas guys ???

I think you will need to remove the 6 nuts and the cone washers, then undo the wheel bearing nuts to pull off the disk.

        Cheers

Marky, spray it full of WD40, then try a brass drift on the end of the studs, if they still don't move, a club hammer, applied to the hub between the wheel studs never fails. Just hit it inbetween two studs, then move to the next gap, and work your way round, being careful of the wheel studs. You might have to clump it fairly hard, but they should fly out and hit you in the nuts.
