  • Rusty Nuts

During the summer I bought a FULL set of chrome wheel nuts from Roughtrax!

Have just noticed that they are all rusty!

They look really shite against the wheels!

I am really annoyed, thought they would have lasted longer than 7 months!

Was thinking of cleaning them up but how do I prevent them from rusting again?

    Laquer, Vaseline, ear-wax?

    Anyone any suggestions?

    Cheers!

    Gary

Give them a polish with Autosol, it leaves a protective coating that lasts a couple of months.

Not like roughtrax to sell shoddy parts, did'nt you get some sort of guarantee on them against rusting.
If its not broke don't fix it.

Clean them up, fit them, then spray them (and your wheels) with ACF50.
Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it's

In my defence, I only know about ACF50 because it keeps my bike from falling to bits over the winter.

Remove the arch extention and use a toothbrush.
