I need to balance up the space between the top of the wheel and bottom of the wheel arch. The gap on the passenger side is 15cm, drivers side is 16.5cm.

What should the gap be without any suspension lift??

Which way do I need to turn the adjuster bolts??? I ask as at the moment I can't get the driver side nut to move without a lot of noise and don't want to break anything!!
    My other cars a QUAD

clockwise to raise the height.you may well need to put a spanner on the top nut to stop from spinning. Also don't forget to make sure the front end is off of the ground Kev

Dunno what the 'normal' gap is, but we'll need to know what tyre size you have before anyone can give a comparative measurement.

The torsion bolts are tightened to raise, and loosened to lower. Just remember to jack the front up - and not from the bottom of the wishbone, jack from the cross-member. You may also need to put a spanner on the nut on the other end of the bolt, I found out after doing around 25 full turns that the nut was spinning and I was getting nowhere.
