    The new arm arrived today, so I've replaced it. Came off this one nice and easy. Took about 10 minutes to fit the new one. It's much tighter, and the steering is stiffer, so it's going to need a little 'settling in'. I might see about replacing the Pitman arm too, as there is possibly slightly more play in that than necessary.

    However, before that I need to fix the panhard rod at the back, it's come loose, which probably explains why the truck seems to 'flop' around corners. Think I need to get the bracket welded in place.

      Slugsie, you need to invest in a ball joint separator.
      Like the ones listed here:
