strange vibation ?

hello, i seem to get a vibration when i turn the heater on between cold and hot,goes away when its on cold (at the very bottom limit) and the same when on hot (at its top limit)but in between it vibates,it seems to be right in front of me or is it a rattle from the bonet thanks

That is a strange one!

Possible air lock? in the cooling try this http://www.allhead.com.au/cooling.html

Or a rattle as you say - start tearing out the dash - always good fun
