Traking HELP?

I desperatly need to know the correct tracking for my Surf 3 litre it has BF Goodridge 10.5 x 31 x 15 tyres on 7 x 15 wheels and has worn the inner edge on the drivers side. I was told a measurment a few weeks ago but was not told is in toeing in or out ? If any body can give me the correct setting ASAP i would be ver gratefull.

You did'nt say what year your surf is.

these are the settings for a second gen. got them from the readout when i had mine done at a toyota garage.
