Anyone did this job before, anything I should watch out for or any tips/links I could use?

Fitting fuel pump 2nd gen 3.0

You will need a long bar to go on the threaded part and give the pump a good hard hit to release it as it is tight as a tight thing.
Make sure the small bracket on the rear of the pump has been taken off aswell or you will never get the pump off.Leave the nut on the thread and leave a couple of mm gap just so you can see the thread before hitting it
The 2 nuts in the top of the pic Kerr put up are 12mm.The one nearest the block is an awkward little shite as you can only turn it about 1/4 a turn at a timeLast edited by stormforce; 24 July 2010, 14:03.https://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/
