    Hi
Hope someone can help. My 1994, 3.0 has been pulling to the left ever since I bought it (4 months ago) Simple fix I thought - run it down to the local tyre specialist, let them put it on thier new "carlos fandango laser machine" and hey presto!!! But no, still pulling like an eastern european hooker. I took it back and they rechecked it, fiddled with it some more and said it was all ok, but still, she's pulling to the left. I've swapped front for rear tyres and checked pressures but still no joy. Anyone had similar problems or can advise on the next avenue of investigation???
    Cheers.

have you check the pistons in the brake calipers to see if any of them are siezed or sticking

I'll second that you should check your front brakes. The calipers on both of the toyota I've owned have gotten seized and pulled. One was on my diesel which is a 92 xtra cab 4x4 that I put a diesel into and the other was an 82 4x4 hilux.

Also Try Switching Your Front Wheels Over And Check Tyre Presures Sounds Daft But It Some Times Stops Pulling

dunno if it helps mine pulls slighty was told its due to the jeep being risen up and the back axle is slightly off line due to the bar pulling it a bit tat goes from the jeep chasis to the axle as its not adjustable

                Ok guys, Cheers.
The trucks not been lifted yet so dont think it's that.
Reckon I'll check brakes first, then Ball-joints.
Can anyone tell me if the calipers on the LN130,1993/2.4 are the same as the 3.0L??? If so, you used to be able to buy the rubber seal kits for calipers to overhaul them, is this still possible?? That way I could take the ones off me breaker, fit all new seals and do straight swaps and then I would know that it was definately not the brakes causing the problem.
                Ta.

                          Happy days!!
Got a caliper seal repair kit from Toyota, new discs and pads from R/trax. Had aggro gettin the hubs apart to remove the disc's cos I've never done it before but got there in the end after snapping a bolt in the flange whilst trying to pull it off!!! Calipers are now cleaned and repaired and disc's are fitted. Hopefully by the end of the weekend and a fluid change mine will do the same?? If not I think I'll drive it into a big off-side kerb-maybe that'll do the trick and and make it drive straight!!!!
