I don’t think you’re completely barking looking to double the power on a KZ1TE but you’re going to have to do a lot of the work yourself – or pay someone a lot to do it for you and don’t expect it to have along and happy life.
At a guess you’re going to need at least two staged turbos with cooling between each stage. I doubt very much the standard pump will flow enough fuel and I’m sure the injectors won’t so you’ll have to find some way of getting enough fuel in- I’ve seen engines running specialist pumps and injectors, double injectors and pumps, manifold diesel injection and LPG. Try the truck racers and tractor pullers for information on serious power from a diesel.
