Ok, thanks... will let you know if I hear of any in that area. In truth, it would be great to find a deal to trade in my 2000 Mitsubishi Shogun Pinin (it's a superb off-roader, but lacks the space I need for mountain biking gear). Will keep you posted.
Once agin, many thaks to all who have contributed to this thread.

Prices in my area are beyond a joke, checked out the Autotrader, found a '95, M reg for £6995! just shy of £7K!!! An loads more are at similar prices, a 3rd gen is cheaper here then a 2nd!

I believe it creates a lighter stronger, and far more trendy vehicle. How many ferari's lamborghinis, do you see with 5 doors?

Oh yes im back at the pc.

Remember burgundy surfers do it with much more style

                            Just noticed something...

Most of you Burgundy owners seem to be 600cc's short of an engine

Is burgundy paint lighter than the others so the 2.4 can move the truck?

Nope but the 2 less doors helps

                                Ouch!

No - it's because we don't need the additional 600cc to move our smaller asses around.
