just got back from Blackpool and did just over a tank and a quarter ,,851 kliks
doind around 65/70 most of the time, A roads to J13 M1 and then M6/M55
some traffic on M6 (on the express way? Laf I nearly fell out da door for £3.50)...anyway seemed good to me,,,,, have to get the calculator out and do the sums on it.

thats very good mate - sounds like almost 40mpg!?

I just got my first Surf!! (pics later when rain stops)
Drove it home (220 motorway miles cos i got at 70 [well no, over 2,500rpm]) and around a bit and it did 28mpg over first 300 miles.
The guy I bought my tyres from had just sold his because it was only doing 12 mpg
Perhaps a heavy foot puts a smile on your face but a pain in the wallet
