help-my bags are rusting

i thought i would have a bit of a lie down under my truck today and found i have two corroded pipes.
these pipes go into the truck aprox where the heater is in the rear,i think they feed the heater matrix?,is this correct?and if so is it a tricky job to replace them?,can you get the proper pipes from toyota dealership?

Mine were the same....i just got the flaky paint off then covered them with grease. MOT man's been happy with them for ages and they have not corroded anymore
