        Hello Stuart,
Did you manage to get a new bottom pulley yesterday?
If so I could come over again sometime next week but not Monday as I take my wife to her disabled persons club (she has a job getting her wheelchair in and out of the car so needs me)
And not Wednesday as I have a funeral to attend.
If you can manage to reassemble the rest yourself, don't forget to tighten up that inside securing nut on the pump flange and just run it up before putting everything else back on just to check for any leaks from the pump. Only run it for a min or so, DON'T let it get hot without any water in it, just long enough to make sure that seal you wasn't too sure of is not leaking.
Let us know how you get on.
Nice to meet you yesterday, take care.
        Regards, John.

Check all the vacuum pipes. Is your turbo light coming on?

                      ok turbo not working now

it did work when i swaped the lines to where they are sposed to be, then next time i drove it the turbo wasnt working,

                      so im thinking block somewhere,

when the engine is running how far can the sucktion be tracked

Alternatively mark out on this pic the path the air takes and when you cant feel it with the engine idleing,

hopefully i can trace any poss block

                        garage

                        hey mate,

well if u are coming to the North-West for it there are a few people that will do it to be honest.
Like people hav said before dieselbob in preston (the best for injectors) will do it or stevo from engine co in stockport will do it as well I wud imagine.
Then there is dieselcraft in widnes but I wont recomend going there unless u go with someone who knows them like me otherwise they are a bit heavy on the costs lol
Now then last but deffo not least TDV in Runcorn, (off picowfarm road) a little diesel specialist who is very good too.

well then hope it has been of any help.

haha just seen u are all sorted lol never read everything lol
One day at the time I guess..
