'92 2.4 running on biofuel
Right, I have changed the fuel filter, which was a doddle. I filled the new filter up with clean fuel before final screw on, and then pumped the primer. and pumped and pumped and pumped...... and I cant get it to go hard.
Truck fires up, grumbles, splutters, dies. I guess its air in the filter.
Could it be that I have a fcuked primer? Or do I need to pump it baby, pump it... for AGES???
The black cap is broken off, so the screw is held up by a large washer, which in effect acts like the black plastic button, so shouldnt make any odds. It does plunge down OK, and the spring returns it OK too.
Anyone got a spare filter top (the whole thing with bolts 'n' all) they want to sell me?
Any sage advise on this matter?
