You've already seen the pics for that mod Terry. It's the blue viscous coupling.

Hey Matt! just going to have a good read through your famous viscous fan thread, on Bushwackers mod, figured i'd do it while it's off, thought of printing it all and haveing a read in the bog (do most of me reading in there, fag, cup of tea and a good book, ahhh heaven)

Yes, I did that... But it was Exactly 180 degrees out...

Nope, it was the injector pump. theres a decoy timing mark at 12 o'clock, and I forgot about the one a t 6 o'clock. which is a bit silly when I got it right when i did his head...

one idea if your worried about timing marks is to use a stanley knife to carefully cut the old belt in half whilst its still on all of the pully's so in effect its half width but it still keeps everything lined up. you then have room to get the new belt started on the teeth. finally cut the old belt through and push on the new one. worth turning the engine over manually to check everything (timing marks)is still lined up.

Not a bad idea that! sounds a bit fiddley but it'll keep the marks line'd up, think i'll mark the timeing marks with a little white paint before i start too,
