Cheers Vince. Which cap do you run, BTW, original or compatible?

      No heaters at all.

Thanks for you help tonight, I give up now! Will look again tomorrow.

You got a circulation problem or a blockage in the cooling system then by the sounds of it.

The fault just appears unusual. It could be a head fault causing the coolant
system to pressurise too quickly, but the fact that both heaters are running
cold is more suggestive of severe airlocks. Other than completely draining and
flushing the system through, making sure that you have flow through both
matrixes, I honestly can't think of anything else other than a trip to TonyN's.

Nice. Just trying to build up my checklist of what'll work fine with the
                coolant system.

BTW Vince, you wouldn't happen to know anywhere that stocks that Permatex
gasket stuff that Nev mentioned, or something similar?

Cheers Vince. My limited search skills failed on this one.

                      Nothing in the British isles.
You'd have to buy it from the USA....
