The fault just appears unusual. It could be a head fault causing the coolant
system to pressurise too quickly, but the fact that both heaters are running
cold is more suggestive of severe airlocks. Other than completely draining and
flushing the system through, making sure that you have flow through both
matrixes, I honestly can't think of anything else other than a trip to TonyN's.
