Wont start *Im at work URGENT help!*

Still having problems. Garage it went to changed the relay and fuse. Turns out this is an intermittent fault and it doesnt blow the fuse everytime.

This morning whilst bridging the fuse with my screwdriver there was smoke and it actually turned the tip of my screwdriver bright orange and started to melt the metal!!

Intermittent fault - any ideas? If not the spacers?

Could really do with this bottoming today if anyone can offer any help.

Have been here myself
Blew 4 80A fuses in a morning and at $10 each I was not smiling
I had fitted new spacers at the glow rail and it was all fine from there back
However I had a glowplug that was faulty and since they were only 3 months old I was less than pleased.
$12 later and never a problem since....well not with the glow side of things.
