      Holy !!!!, sorry to hear the news about Geoff, but happy to hear all seems to be OK and a good recovery is being made.

              Been and seen the old boy tonight.
              Hes looking fine and doing really well, sitting up in bed with a rather stylish coloured body brace on. Not really his colour but its doing its job.
              Oh and it looks like some ones replaced the hearing aid battery at last, hoooooooooray.
              Was waffling on about being at the Pit on the 21st, in a picture taking capacity only. But as he can't drive for six weeks, so he won't be able to get there, just as well as I wouldn't like to see him slip over in the mud and damage him self.
              Says thanks for the good wishes people have posted on here.

                    He is walking !

                    Just got back from visiting Geoff .He was sitting in a chair with his 'body armour' on . He has been up and about walking in the corridor .
                    Nice to see him so cheerful after what was a nasty fall .
                    His body armour is in marine camoflauge blue/black , with a Tellytubby cut out tummy bit .
                    He has be 'viewing' the mags Jotto left him !

                      Glad to hear Geoff is doing so well... He is obviously being very well looked after. Surgeons are so darn clever. To be up and about so soon is amazing.

                      PS. What type of magazines ?? he doesn't want to make any sudden jerky movements ?!?!?!?

                        Pops and I went to see him today andhe looks really well. Hes walking around now, and being charming to all the nurses!! He should be going home tonight or tomorrow so ring the hospital to check before visiting him!!

                                Jotto tried to phone Geoff today , but no reply . I went up the hospital as nearby but he has been discharged as Linda said .
