Just to let you all know I called in to annoy Geoff this afternoon, He is doing really well. Everything still works and all being well he should be home by the end of next week, but will have to spend 3 months in a brace to support his back. He said to say hello to you all and thanks for all messages.
Thats great news BERT!
Any way you know what they say "YOU CANT KEEP A GOOD MAN DOWN" nice to hear that you will be home soon Geoff.
Been and seen the old boy tonight.
Hes looking fine and doing really well, sitting up in bed with a rather stylish coloured body brace on. Not really his colour but its doing its job.
Oh and it looks like some ones replaced the hearing aid battery at last, hoooooooooray.
Was waffling on about being at the Pit on the 21st, in a picture taking capacity only. But as he can't drive for six weeks, so he won't be able to get there, just as well as I wouldn't like to see him slip over in the mud and damage him self.
Says thanks for the good wishes people have posted on here.
Say not always what you know, but always know what you say.
