Please give Geoff and his family all our love and best wishes - and let us know the name and address of the hospital and ward so we can send him a card, and visit when he's up to it.

He has a great sense of humour which I'm sure will stand him in good stead in the months ahead.

Oh yeah - and tell him I'll give him his tenner back when I see him next!

When i visited Geoff last night i printed this threads and took them to him which cheered him up.

Linda he said dont worry about the tenner .

Geoff has been moved to stanmore orthopaedic hospital this morning he in the spinal unit, he was having a MIR scan when i phoned at 10.15 they will then decide wheather they will operate today,he will be in stanmore for 2 weeks or more,he will then have to wear a back brace for 6 months or more so it will be many months before he will be doing any off roading.

Will keep you all informed when i know more.
