does anyone going to Robets pub happen to have a 3.0 sump?

mine has rusted through!...fingers crossed it lasts long enough for that journey...

and to make it worse the fuel pump seals have gone too.

yeah, it's a tad annoying...bumper on hold till the rest sorted now. I had hoped to have done that before driving over to you

Started taking the pump top off this afternoon, only to fing one of the screws a bit rounded (they're always the one you can't get to arn't they!)...off to buy a 5mm allen socket tomorrow in the hope that turns the tide...if not I'll be breaking another Surf

To save tarting a new thread...someone point me at a seal kit for the 3.0 injector pump...my bodge with the 2.4 one I had has not worked...

Or ... got a good bodge to seal the sensor housing thingy (huge nut on top of the pump...just p**sing out).

              Isn't it just a o ring?

let me know the size and i will chuck a couple in the post?

Or I think I have some o ring on a roll type of thing where you cut to length and make your own spot of super glue sorted.

Many moons ago I sealed the top of mine using sticks like sh1t sealant it was a very permanent temporary repair.

Jeez you know people have real problems you know with curdling coffee.

people just don't realise how bad it is, the equivalent in Costa would cost me about £9.60 a day or £960 a month !!!!
                  Thats a lot

21.5mm springs to mind but I am not sure if that is/was right or if the 3.0 is different?
                  Vince?
