Yep....not happened to me since a '76 Granada Ghia in jade green (bull nose grill model he says going all Ford nerd).
Friend of mine has a '64 ford Anglia (heavily modded)...he's the second owner! Original owner kept it 30 odd years....

Love those Granada coupes, look like an oversized Capri, not had one yet though
