It has just been pointed out to me that if Bigolbill isn't the true identity of the ebay seller that he linked himself to be in post 10. Then the true ebay seller of this truck would have recourse through civil claims court and possible legal channels through identity theft laws and defamation of character, not by other posters but by Bill pretending to be him and deliberately insulting and belittling others to get a reaction back.

If he doesn't get his asking price he could also have the right to pursue this with "bill"

Pretending to be someone else is a risky business.
