  • Need Hilux Surf ECU

After some problems starting my 3.0 Diesel Surf. I brought it to my mechanic and he said that the ECU is busted.
I have tried searching on eBay for one, but with no match.
Does anyone know where I could get one of these?
This is what is written on the sticker on the part:

    ENGINE CONTROL
    TOYOTA
    89661-3D260
    175800-1632 12V
    1KZ-TE A/T

If no-one has a spare one, you could try these.

      What year us that?

      I have a 3rd gen one...

I was going to sell it complete with the engine.. but could be persuaded to sell separately...
      More Lift.
      More Tyres.
      More Engine.

Shit, I wish I had telephoned them first to check.

          Please accept my apologies.

@slobodan Thank you for the help, please excuse the rudeness.
But seriously, this ECU is hard to find.

                  ECU Repair

You can also get the ECU repaired. it typically costs £150 from Either BBA Reman (I have used these) or The ECU doctor who others have used on here.

                    http://www.the-ecu-doctor.co.uk

The bloke is a diamond. Ring or email him, stick it in the post they'll send it back fixed with a warranty, sorted.

Cheaper than one off eBay and you'll know it'll work.

The ECU Doctor repaired mine some time in 2021, forgive me as I see the post if from June this year but as far as I can see the ECU Doctor is still going at present? For someone else however, maybe try ACtronics in Colchester? - https://www.actronics.co.uk/
