Good evening all,
Having just sold my Freelander TD4 as it was on its way out and was going to cost in-excess of £1500 to get through the MOT, I have chosen an N plate Surf 3l SSR-G it's in really good condition and ill be collecting w/c 25/2!
I do a lot of shooting and travelling to Scotland for Deer Stalking, my mate has one that's done 240,000 miles and bar the odd little niggle is as good as new!
The one I'm picking up has done just over 120,000 miles has been serviced fully with new belts all-round and its passed an MOT with no adivisorys.
Is there anything I should be doing straight away to the truck (checking or otherwise) to make sure it runs well - and more importantly doesn't overheat etc? I've spent hours now reading lots of threads on here and there is some mixed opinions -
