I think the OP may have had a point about the condition of the rad,however a bit of paint coming off is unlikely to effect the operation of the rad.

We also only have the OP word on the matter and also no pics of the rad.

I am sure it must have been disappointing unwrapping the rad and finding it blemished.

I changed my rad a while back bought it off eBay it was well packaged and was about £88 I probably did more damage to the paint whilst fitting it than the OP is complaining about, it is a functional part not on show so as long as it doesn't leak and sufficiently cools the engine the I am happy.

I would probably suggest the OP was after replies along the line of "them R/T are nothing but a bunch of crims"
I have not had any bad dealings with them so can only be positive in my opinion ,however the last lot of stuff I had from Milners was left in my wheelie bin?

I think the OP had been very pleased with previous RT parts and service. I read the OP as a warning that RT were no longer selling the advertised aluminium radiators with plastic tanks. The icing on the cake was the fact that the manufacturer had wrapped it whilst the paint was wet.
I'm glad the OP posted what he did. I have, and will continue to order parts from RT. But, on the basis of his information, if and when I need a radiator I will look elsewhere unless I hear evidence that their current product quality is proven.

New look, but if the zip is damaged and you want to fit your own new one they wont compensate for the costs, but they can offer a refund or exchange. Sorry its just their policy.

I did not refer to the OP as a cock I think all the cock and knobbing had already been posted and deleted.

It is obvious that you have not read my post,if you had you would have realised that;
I was ,without actually seeing the condition of the radiator (which no one other than the OP has)stating that yes he must have felt upset when opening the packaging.
Also;
That I stated we only have heard the OP's side of things and not from RT yet.

If you had bothered to look at the RT website you will see the radiator they are currently selling.

You would also have seen that I purchased a radiator from Ebay If the opinion of someone who has actually fitted a non Toyota radiator was important to you then you could have asked and you would have found out that the radiator I purchased has been in the truck now for over two years and I have no complaints with it .
