judder at 40

me and me mate have checked all the items mentioned and all ok, but found that it doesnt happen in 2nd or 3rd at 1600rpm approx which is the engine speed of 40mph in overdrive, so could it be my autobox. had oil changed 2 years ago, is it worth getting it done again ? (dont do many miles now, 2-3000 miles a year)
