A while ago a few people including me were trying to come up with a replacment for these notoriously rusty scabby things hanging off our Trucks. Someone was going to do a fibre glass copy I beleive. I will be taking mine off in a few weeks and will be looking at making a Stainless Steel replacement, I was thinking of something completly different to what is on there now, 2" Dairy tube maybe ? Any ideas sketches etc, and I will see what I can do, and hopefully sell them on the site at a good price, knowing me I would probably give them away ! Hope this helps, as if I bought new ones it would double the value of my Truck.

you might need a wee bit more than a tig to make that bumper vince.
nothing big - just a mill, a folder and a set of rollers
on the dairy pipe bumpers - works a treat. i made a set a few years back for a willys jeep. all the bends are available off the shelf so no bender needed. also being 316 it polishes up lovely.
