Seeing as he's been tardy posting his own pictures, this is Shaft120s truck after I'd been playing with it...







2" 4x4Toys body lift, 2" Rancho suspension lift, 305/70R16 M/T's and some major bulkhead 'adjustments' to limit rubbing on full lock.

that 3rd gen is savage!!love that off white colour on them an the D modulars look ace on it too!!

the winch bumper on mine was made for the truck.not a lot of 3rd gen winch bumpers out there in the uk from what i can see

I was going to ask that,, looks ace, reminds me of the Shrockworks one.

Got any more pics of it?

Does anyone else find that with a chunky spare on the spare/tailgate rattles like buggery?

Mine's alright. Maybe your stopper rubber bit is knackered? Roughtrax do them.

I already replaced it....

Maybe my wheels are massively heavy. They are alloys, but thye are three piece split rims.

I have to lift mine into the slot but i put that down to the heavy wheel.
Mine rattled so i replaced the rubber and added a rubber pad where i noticed it had also rubbed paint bare on the boot. No rattles since then

Steal my thunder why don't you.. Ha ha, I've been working 12 hour day, 7 day weeks every day since I picked it up from you, so just haven't had a chance to take pics in the daylight or get any time to post them up.

Very happy with the work you've done. I'll do a write up and post some more before / after pics as soon as I get a day off (fingers crossed this Sunday).

The Mickey Thompson Baja's MTZ's are fine on the road, considering they're a MT tyre, so very happy all told.

In the garage I have 2 leather front seats off a Subaru to put into it (will need some fabrication for the rails apparently, then I need to strip out the interior and dye the carpets black and re-spray the plastic trim and dash black as well.

Aside from the interior, I have the replacement bits and bobs you identified during your work that need swapping out and some clean up work / hammerite on the underside. I also need to cut some more of the wheel arch and weld a flat plate in it's place to deal with the last of the rubbing. Then I need to replace the exhaust with a side exit system and then take a trip to Yoshie's Man Cave for a set of Rock Sliders and replacement front and rear tubular bumpers. Should keep me busy through Spring and Summer!

I'll have another look this weekend, I hadn't noticed any rubbed paint.

I'm assuming putting bigger wheels/tyres on doesn't over stress the engine?
