anyone care to shed some light on this issue please?
I have a 450 watt sub in the boot of my surf now the sub is in a wooden box which is insulated etc.
SWMBO really hates the noise? but I don't think it is the volume that is the problem but more of the "air pressure" the sub creates.
Now far be it from me to agree with her and rip out the sub and go back to the frankly crap stock sound would?
having holes drilled in the sub box reduce the "air pressure" from the sub?
or
do I make a larger box for it to fit into encompassing the wheel arch intrusion?
Any ideas?
