          • I spent another day hammering nails. Tie down straps fitted along with 40m of joists/bracing, finished at last. I am very pleased with the result every inch of the roof is now nice and solid. Off to Central Plastics tomorrow to buy my fascia boards and gutters.

              • Love this thread. There is something so satisfying about watching building work progress. That moment when the roof is on and there is suddenly a building where there used to be space - I suppose it is how primeval man felt when he made a shelter or found a nice dry cave...

                      • Took a couple of days off this week to work on the build, Alan came over today and we finished the door and trimmed all overhangs. So after 3 shifts on it this week, I am really close to the felt and tiles going on.

Picture is not the best sorry.
