Forget the mileage on any import, they are nearly all clocked. It doesn't make a blind bit of difference anyway. You buy these things on the basis of history and condition, mileage means nothing.

If it has the electronic speedo, yes. No idea re. where to get it done, but you can buy the chips on eBay.

its easy to fit the chips its just 3 wires or 4 bolted to the back of the clocks i had one on an import mr2 turbo but like Apache said it needs to be an electronic speedo.
