Why would screen wash freeze? Mine doesn't.

Our screenwash froze on three seperate occasions, and we used the recommended ratio it said on the bottle, so went back to the Esso ready mixed stuff. mind you at minus 18c I suppose we should have expected it ? out where sabreuk is it got to minus 20c and the snow and ice hung around for a week longer than over here
