Trace where the turbo pipes connect, disconnect and stick one end up the garden hose and flush, then do it the other way, after the flush it may pay to buy some "slick 50 rad flush" just follow the instructions on the box, then drain and put the new stuff in,

I've never heard of that before but just looked it up on google. Seems a good think to do. Halfords don't seem to sell that though - I'll try my local motor factors on the weekend.
