I've given up with adjustable ones.

Leave it on the the truck, just cut it, bounce truck to center radius arms, sleeve it (inside with bar or outside with tube), weld it back together, black paint.... 15-20 mins tops.

The current poo wagon has OME shocks, springs andadjustable panhard bar. I'm thinking that in a previous life it was lifted muchly. It's got extended braided brake lines and breathers all round as well...but I'm still stupid.
        Non intercooled nothing.

It's ideal al. I personally would put some BJ spacers in and wind the torsion bars back down. They would be your only purchase. It's got everything else in place, inclucding free wheeling hubs. Just buy some spacers, spend s weekend lifting...ideal.

Its easy, you just need some fat bloke (Brian's not far from you) to shove the side of the truck one way or the other til you can whack the bolt through

Did i do it wrong then? when i fitted the LC springs i just lowered the truck down onto it's wheels, bounced it and cut the panard rod in half (it was already off) loosely bolted each end back on and stuck some steel bar up each end, marked it and took it off and tac-welded it, rechecked and then built the weld up till it looked like a solid bar again, it's been ok

dont forget you have to readjust your camber after fitting BJ spacers,

Will an air-powered hack saw get through it?

Panhard rod is back being modified, god knows when I'll get it back!

Next weekend is a front suspension overhaul. New Dampers BJs, BJ spacers, TREs, Wheel Bearings and Bronze Bushes.

Will leave the front ARB on for now.
