I ran with ARBs off for a while, but ended up putting the front one back on after a while.
Two reasons I did this. Most of your flex happens at the back cos there's a solid axle back there. Flex is limited on the front by due to the independent sus up the front on pretty short wishbones, so mainly all your doing by leaving the front off is increasing body roll. You wont gain much in articulation.
