found that the bottom hose on the truck is seeping coolant when cold, put a new clip on but cant seem to tighten up enough to stop it. So, i think that the hose has had it. New one should be here today from Roughtrax. Any comments welcome

When you refill the system with coolant, remember to pour it in slowly. You'll minimise the probability of airlocks that way. Also fill the expansion bottle about half full with coolant. Any surplus will just get shoved out if needed, but you will have surplus in there to compensate for any air which may exit through the expansion system.
