They where mentioned earlier in this thread, but my first car was a morris marina coupe 2 door 1.3 reg CTU 4S British Leyland blue and I loved it.

It died in the sea floods in Towyn N Wales, but I still have the key in a kitchen draw. ...sniffle

Just been down to the local MOT garage, Mates just had his VW Bora failed on a few bits, he is gutted that an old bloke has just taken an old Vauxhall vx490 and it sailed through !

First registered in 1978 one of the last ones (production ceased summer 78 like the red onebut front grill the 'mesh type' The old guy is taking it down to Duxford in April for a rally
