                        i "thought" it was electric that went behind the seats somehow? it was a 1.6 vvti i think aswell?
                        pile of pooh........saying.....when i sold my car to some lad from kent......his mate who drove him over to mine had one and he had put on some fancy exhaust and as he pulled away it alomst sounded like an F1 car!? god knows how but it did sound good.

                            That'll be the 8500rpm redline of the VTEC motor. Think it was based on a bike engine in some aspects of its design wasn't it?

                                The transtop was an electrically removable roof.

                                The boot would rise up , the roof would then be pulled back and the boot would then lower.

                                With a Del Sol you just lifted the roof off and put it in the boot
