Sh!t diesel is about 78 pence a litre.

Euro standard is about 88 pence.

Heard the promotion Total are doing at the moment?
2 weeks free breakdown cover for filling up with 30 litres- good deal if you happen to have one nearby.

Personally I prefer to pay about £30 p.a. for breakdown cover and fill up with veg for pence but there you go...

75% of the price of a litre of fuel in the UK is tax, somebodys got to pay for Gordon and co,s houses tellys etc.
There has been protests here because fuel has gone up a bit, plus they stuck 20 cents on a packet of cigarettes, making Marlboro for example 3.20€ packet, mind you the Greek goverment is blatantly corrupt, everything works on backhanders, from jobs to building permission, and now they have run out of money.

diesel used to be cheaper than petrol once.
i think it was back in the mid 17th century.

In Florida a couple of weeks ago I put 14 gallons in a Chrysler 300 and it cost $33 I think it was $2.27 a gallon. How sick is that.
