I got the Procomp ES9000 +4"s from LaSupertrucks. You can also get them from directly from Procomp, but at your peril. I'd get ordering now, cos it took forever to get hold of them from Supertucks but i hear Procomp are even worse. I looked for them everywhere else, but it seems they're the only people that do them.
Reagarding the brake bias sensor, you'll see there is a horizontal bracket bolted to the panhard rod with two bolts. I just turned the bracket so that it was vertical, and drilled new holes to fix it to the panhard rod. I think the new panhard rod had a longer bracket on it, so that makes it a bit higher anyway.
