anyone who has an ipod

my only gripe so far has been that it seems it's impossible to transfer the licenses for stuff you've bought from iTunes across from my old PC to my new one, not stealing the music, simply a case that i've upgraded my PC. Same goes for my iPod, i'm now on my 2nd (soon to be 3rd) and again it doesn't seem to like the fact that i just want to put music i've bought and paid for onto an iPod i've also bought and paid for.

The stolen music isn't a problem btw, it's all in mp3 format so no license issues with making that play, just copy it straight across
