My work internet is blocking me listening to it.....

I was wondering whether it could be as simple as the crankshaft pulley doing its de-bonding trick. When mine did that, everything wobbling around made a terrible racket and the French mechanic told me that the whole engine was ruined.

Incidentally, why did you want a new radiator? Was the old one leaking or were you having problems with the temperature?

Definitely sounds more plasticy than metallic. Have you actually checked whether the fan is whaffing about like a dancers arse Mitsy?

Not so long back my exhaust went , front part onto the manifold so got a second hand on from bushwacker and got my mechanic friend to put it on for me but it was still banging so he asked me to get a gasket set for it so i did. Sounded a bit better after that but still tapping a bit. So when it went again the other day i thought it was the exhaust again but this time it had lost all power.

Its auto and no lights on.

i know one thing it aint dropped a valve,it idles to well for that,it would chuff if it had dropped one.does it smoke a lot.just remove the rubber hose from the turbo inlet and wiggle the turbo blades up and down and back and forth.also when was the last time the cam belt was changed,it might of jumped a few teeth.its deffo not an internal engine noise,could be something come loose under the cam cover.

Cant do all that dude i am a woman for god sake. And ive never had the cam belt changed in the last 3 years off having her. So do i take it i need to get somebody else to give me a second opinion then. Wonder if i would get away with calling the rac out.

mits its two hose clips to remove the turbo intake rubber hose,surely you can do that.
